| 光电存储材料 optoelectronic storage material 利用光与材料的相互作用进行记录，用光或光电转换方法进行读出的一类光电子材料。通常按存储方式不同分为3类。①感光存储材料。信息(文字、图像和物体)用照相方法存储于感光记录材料中，信息缩小为信息源的1／100以上，用光学放大的方法读出，或用照相和复印的方法显示。常用的是缩微胶片，主要为卤化银感光材料。②光全息存储材料。用相干光(激光)作光源，分成两束，一束为参考光，另一束照射到信息源(文字、图像或物体)上，然后反射的光束与参考光束相干涉。包含了信息源反射光波波前上各点的振幅和位相(称全息)的干涉条纹记录于光全息存储材料中。信息的再显示同样用激光束来实现。作为一次性全息存储材料主要为银盐照相材料、重铬酸盐明胶和热塑材料等。可擦除全息存储材料以光折变电光晶体为主。可逆性全息存储材料采用光二向色材料(色心材料)。③光盘存储材料。数字光盘存储是动态的、二进位的数字存储。根据数据的记录和读出方式不同，可分为只读式、一次写入多次读出式、可擦重写式。由于存储方式不同 ，光盘存储材料也不同 。常用的有稀土-过渡金属合金、氧化物磁光材料、有机染料和光色材料等。 |
