桑柴火烘法 桑柴火烘法   外治法之一。属灸法之。见《外科大成》卷一。亦名桑枝灸法。具体用法为:用新桑枝或桑木枝,劈如指粗,约九寸长,一头燃着吹灭,用火向患处烘烤,火尽再换。每次烘三四枝,日烘二三次,以患处知热为度即可。该法适用于痈疽初起局部患处肿痛,坚而不溃,或溃而不腐,新肉不生,疼痛不止者。有解毒止痛,消肿散瘀,助阳生肌之效。
