性质:铁电体处于饱和极化状态时的外电场强度。在外电场作用下铁电体内的电畴起初随外电场强度正的提高逐步取向排列,极化强度相应增加,当达某一场强时,极化强度不再增加,因电畴均按外电场方向定向排列整齐,继续增加外电场强度也不会提高极化强度,相当于饱和极化状态。烧成后的压电陶瓷要经过人工极化处理(外加直流电场)后才具有压电性。极化场强一般为2.5~4.5kV/mm,具体数值根据不同材料组成及制品尺寸而定。当外电场强度过高时,可能导致材料击穿而破坏。
