、口、产口嘴，，~钠钙硅玻璃sodalime glass以氧化硅(5102)、氧化钙(CaO)、氧化钠(NaZO)为主要成分的玻璃。这一系统的玻璃由砖原料便宜、容易成型、有较好的化学稳定性，因而应用广泛，其产量在世界各国均占玻璃制品产量的50%以上。 钠钙硅玻璃的组分按制品和成型方法处于以下范围:510:+RZO3 71一78wt%，RO7一13wt%，RZO 12一18wt%。其组成均是在NaZO一CaO一5102系统的基础上引入其他氧化物，以改善玻璃性能。如以A1203、BZO3取代5102;MgO、BaO取代CaO等。钠钙硅玻璃所用原料大部分是石英砂、长石、石灰石、白云石、粘土、纯碱等矿物原料，以及少部分化工原料。原料价廉，但其化学组成不稳定，因此在生产中必须控制其杂质含量。 钠钙硅玻璃可通过压制、拉制、吹制等生产工艺制得各种产品。压制产品以器皿制品为代表;拉制以平板玻璃和管玻璃制品为代表;吹制以瓶罐制品为代表。 (江仲华)
