zhogUn shenleng ehull轧辊深冷处理(subzero treatment of roll) 对轧棍进行的。C以下的低温处理。冷轧辊淬火后，一部分母相会以残余奥氏体形式保留下来，只有继续降温以增加相变的驱动力，才能继续获得马氏体，降低残余奥氏体含量。深冷处理通过致冷设备进行。将轧辊放在一个四壁衬有保温材料的容器即冷冻槽内，通过致冷方法可把槽内轧辊的温度降至。~一120℃。最简单的深冷处理可利用普通冰柜，温度可达一18℃。若用干冰作致冷剂，槽内温度可达一60C。大轧辊一般采用专门的蒸气压缩式致冷机致冷，容器温度可降到一9。℃，有条件的厂还可利用液氮来获得更低的温度，约一12oC。 冷处理的工艺不象热处理那样严格，有的设备无温控设施，处理时间也由人工计时。处理效果用实测判定，残余奥氏体含量低于规定值即可，一般允许8%一10%，严格场合则要求5%以下。残余奥氏体并非越低越好，有恰当数量时对韧性和抗事故性都是有利的。 (崔佩庸)
