性质:是一种双重管(即套管式)锅炉,其结构特点在于上下管板均与椭圆管相焊接,椭圆管的一端与内管相接,另一端与外管连接。裂解气走管内,水走管外。内外炉管因温度不同而膨胀时,可由椭圆管吸收膨胀,根据椭圆形截面集流管的连接方式不同,schmidt锅炉分直排和同心圆排列两种。主要用于乙烯装置高温裂解气的热回收。
