| 零售 retail 商业企业或生产者把商品直接销售给居民、机关、团体，用作生活和非生产性消费的交易行为，批发的对称。在中国，售给农村集体经济组织和农民个人农业生产资料的销售活动也属于零售。零售是把商品从流通领域推进到消费领域，完成商品流通任务的最后一个环节。 商品零售业务主要是由各种类型的零售商和零售企业来经营的。这些零售商和零售企业又构成了零售商业网。由于商业网点遍布各地，不同地区人群的生活习惯不同，需求也不同，因此，零售网点的类型就必然是多种多样的。从形式上分，有固定商业网和流动商业网；从网点规模上划分，有大、中、小型商店；从经营范围上划分，有综合经营商店、专营商店和批零兼营商店等。零售的基本特征是：直接为顾客服务，交易次数频繁，但每次售出商品的数量较小。 零售商品的价格由批发价格、运输费、资金占用利息、零售损耗、零售企业的经营管理费、零售企业营业税和利润构成。零售价格的高低直接关系到零售商业企业的利润水平和消费者的日常生活，因此，要合理制订商品的零售价格，以有利于扩大商品流通和繁荣市场。 |
