原料: 原 料：
材料：粉丝1小扎，西葫芦1个，冬菇（浸软，切丝）2个，榨菜丝2大匙，腊肠（切片）2条，虾米（浸透）2大匙，姜（切丝）1片。调味料：蚝油1/2大匙，鸡精1/4小匙，酱油1/2小匙糖1/4小匙，盐1/8小匙，水120毫升，香油及胡椒粉各少许。
制法: （1）粉丝用水浸透，沥干；西葫芦刮去皮切条。
（2）热油2大匙，爆香姜丝，加入冬菇，榨菜，虾米爆透，淋酒下西葫芦及腊肠，下调味料炒匀，加盖煮片刻，加入粉丝煮至汁料收干即可。
特点: 若要想菜味做得地道，冬菇虾米一定要充分浸透（4个小时以上），腊肠应该先蒸软再切，这样鲜味才能全部散发出来。
