The construction of interactive relationship between teachers and students in university classroom calls for implementing such five requests as establishing a correct idea as a premise, mutual understanding as a base, mutual dialogue as a breakthrough, mutual communication as a key and mutual attractio n as an end.

The property of interaction between teachers and students is to, guided by the Marxist humanism, fully respect students self values and develop their abilities of discovering and solving problems, to make learning become a process of penetration from outside to inside, resulting in the improvement of their initiatives and cre-ativeness in learning.
