性质:天蓝色粉状,不溶于水。在浓硫酸中呈黄光绿色,稀释后呈绿光蓝色,并有蓝光绿色沉淀。属酞菁系色淀颜料,色光鲜艳,具有良好的耐晒性和耐热性。

制备方法:由直接耐晒翠蓝GL溶解后,用氯化钡、无明粉、乳化剂、固色剂等进行色淀化处理,经压滤、漂洗、干燥、粉碎,而制得产品。产品要求观为天蓝色粉末。色光与标准品近似,着色力为标准品100±5(分),水分含量≤4%,吸油量25±5%,耐热性160℃,耐晒性6级,耐酸性、耐碱性均为3级,水渗透性4级,乙醇渗性、石蜡渗透性均为1级,油渗性2级,细度(通过60目筛余物含量)≤5%。原料消耗(kg/t)直接耐晒翠蓝GL(100%) 158氯化钡 1000纯碱 55元明粉 495乳化剂 A105 25固色剂 Y 58

用途:主要用于油漆以及橡胶、文教用品等的着色。
