原料/调料

鲑鱼 6两 柴鱼片 1/2杯 豆腐 1块 葱花 2大匙

(1)细味噌 1/3杯 糖 1/2大匙 盐 1/2小匙 香油 2小匙

(2)高汤(或水) 4~5杯

制作流程

(1)将鲑鱼洗净切成2×3公分片、厚约1~1.5公分的块状,豆腐切成1×1.5公分方块备用,细味噌加少许水拌溶备用。

(2)将高汤煮沸,放入上述材料煮约3~5分钟至鲑鱼熟透,加入调味料(1)与柴鱼略煮1~2分钟熄火,盛起后洒上葱花即可食用。
