性质:将铬元素通过化学热处理工艺渗入工件表面层的钢材叫渗铬钢。铬在工件表面的沉积并向内部的反应扩散是渗铬的基本原理和过程。钢渗铬后不仅耐大气腐蚀性能好,而且也耐硝酸及其蒸气的腐蚀,所以冶金工业常用它生产具有不锈钢性能的复合钢板。应用比较普遍的渗铬方法有三种:固体法渗铬、气体法渗铬、熔盐法渗铬。
