性质:又称维生素B6盐酸盐,维生素B6,吡哆辛,盐酸吡哆醇。系水溶性B族维生素之一。白色至极微黄色结晶或白色结晶性粉末。无臭,味酸苦。由乙醇和丙酮的混合液中重结晶者为片状或柱状结晶,熔点204~206℃(分解)。pH值2时,于291nm处有吸收峰(0.01mol/L HCl,:430);pH值7时,254nm和324nm处有吸收峰。空气中稳定,耐热性好。受日光照射则缓慢分解,水中则加速分解。易溶于水、丙二醇、乙醇;不溶于乙醚、氯仿。由丙氨酸乙酯与甲酸乙酸酐反应,与富马腈缩合制得。在体内它能转化为吡哆醛磷酸酯,作为诸多酶,如转氨酶、脱羧酶、脱硫化氢酶、转硫酶等的辅酶。所以对氨基酸的代谢至关重要。在临床上用于肪治异烟肼治疗结核病时所发生的副作用,以及妊娠、放射病、氮芥等引起的呕吐。与烟酰胺合用可治癞皮病,也可用于周围神经炎、低色素性贫血症或维生素B6缺乏症等。
