This paper deals with the study of the thermooxidative degradation reaction mechanism and ultrastructure of the medical natural rubber latex tubes prepared with peroxide prevulcanized natural rubber latex(PPVL) by the thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and SEM.

In this paper,vulcanized degree of crosslinking of tert-butyl peroxide prevulcanized natural rubber latex(PPVL)film was studied by assaying swelling index,and the thermooxidative degradation reaction and its kinetics of the medical rubber latex tube sample made from PPVL were studied by TG under air atmosphere.
