【性状】
本品为白色薄膜衣片，除去薄膜衣后显类白色或微黄色。
【鉴别】
(1)取本品的细粉适量，照氧氟沙星项下的鉴别(1)、(4)项试验，显相同的反应和结果。 (2)取本品细粉适量，用0.1mol/L盐酸溶液溶解并稀释制成每1ml中含氧氟沙星6μg的溶液，滤 过，滤 液照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ A)测定，在293nm的波长处有最大吸收。
【检查】
溶出度 取本品，照溶出度测定法(附录Ⅹ C 第一法)，以盐酸溶液(9→1000)900ml为 溶剂， 转速为每分钟50转，依法操作，经30分钟时，取溶液10ml，滤过，精密量取续滤液3ml，加盐酸溶液(9 → 1000)稀释至50ml，摇匀，照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ A)，在293nm的波长处测定吸收度；另取经105℃干 燥至恒 重的氧氟沙星对照品适量，加盐酸溶液(9→1000)溶解并稀释成每1ml中含6μg的溶液，同法测定，计 算每 片的溶出量。限度为标示量的80％，应符合规定。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ A)。
【含量测定】
照高效液相色谱法(附录Ⅴ D)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以0.05mol/L枸橼酸溶液-乙腈 (79:21)用三乙胺调节pH值至4.0为流动相；流速约为每分钟1.2ml；检测波长为293nm。理论板数按氧 氟 沙星峰计算应不低于2500。 测定法 取本品10片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量(约相当于氧氟沙星0.1g)，置100ml量瓶 中，加 0.1mol/L盐酸溶液溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液1ml，置10ml量瓶中，加 0.1mol/L盐酸 溶液至刻度，摇匀，作为供试品溶液。另取经105℃干燥至恒重的氧氟沙星对照品，用0.1mol/L盐酸溶 液制 成每1ml中含氧氟沙星0.1mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。取供试品溶液与对照品溶液各10μl分别注入液 相 色谱仪，记录色谱图，按外标法以峰面积计算，即得。
