补充资料:菊花红枣汤

材料: 菊花6克、红枣6粒、龙眼肉6克。

制法:

1、红枣洗净,加入龙眼肉及4杯水,煮沸后以小火煮约15分钟,倒入茶壶中。

2、菊花过水洗净,放在茶壶的滤器内,再将其放在壶上,使菊花能浸泡到红枣汤汁,约5分钟后即可饮用。

3、若喜欢较甜者可加入少许冰糖,不过因红枣及龙眼肉本身已带有甜味,所以加时要注意。

功效:养肝明目、安神、帮助睡眠
