性质:可分为油膜和水膜,当处理水溶液用油膜,当处理有机溶液时用水膜。油膜是由有机碳氢化合物、表面活性剂、添加剂等构成与水不相混溶的液相,充分乳化后制成油包水型W/O乳液,再将其分散于水溶液中,形成水包油包水型O/W/O多相乳液。此类乳化液膜主要从水相中分离金属离子、有机物及无极阴离子,含有流动载体的液膜选择性高,并能反浓度梯度迁移,故适于从复杂体系中提取所需成分。水膜是由水、表面活性剂、添加剂等构成与油不相混的液相,充分乳化后制成水包油型O/W乳液,再将其分散于需处理的有机溶液中,形成油包水包油型W/O/W多相乳液。此类乳化液膜适用于分离有机化合物的混合物。当含有增溶剂时能分离物理性质和化学性质很相近的有机组分。其单位何种中膜的表面积非常之大,溶液组分的透过速度相当快。若要形成油包水型乳化液膜,应选用表面活性剂的亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)为3~6,水包油型乳化液膜表面活性剂的HLB则为8~18。乳化液膜存在的主要问题是要找到既容易形成稳定的乳化液膜,又容易破乳,而且使用寿命长的表面活性剂。
