性质:是鉴定桐油掺假与变质用的一个特性项目,指桐油转化为成胶物所需的温度。一般正常桐油如迅速加热至280℃,则4~8min即可成胶。成胶物用刀切剖时,硬脆不粘。但掺有其他油类或转变为β-型桐油时均可使成胶发生变化。此试法称为华氏试验(Worstall test)。
