混炼焦烧特性

The mixing scorch safety ( t s and Δ t ) of four kinds of rubber compounds (NR,SBR,BR and NBR) was measured using a Brabender torque rheometer in a wide temperature range (100~140 ℃) and rotor speed range (20~80 rpm),and compared to Mooney scorch safety ( t 5 and Δ t 30 ).
采用Brabender转矩流变仪 ,在混炼温度为 10 0~ 14 0℃和混炼转子转速为 2 0~ 80r·min- 1 的条件下测试了4个胶种 (NR ,SBR ,BR和NBR)的混炼焦烧特性 (ts 和Δt) ,并与门尼焦烧特性 (t5和Δt30 )进行比较 ,指出门尼焦烧不能真正地反映混炼胶在实际加工过程中的焦烧特性。

The scorch time t s and dynamic curing index Δ t during mixing in a wider range of temperatures (110~160 ℃) and rotor speeds (40~100 r·min -1 ) on Brabender torque rheometer and the Mooney scorch safety ( t 5 and Δ t 30 ) were measured by using CR mix prepared on an open mill.
根据试验数据 ,拟合了CR的混炼焦烧性能与混炼温度或转子转速的关系及关系模型 ,从橡胶力化学反应的角度解释了温度和转子转速对CR混炼焦烧性能的影响趋势 ,并在此基础上对该模型进行了验证。

把茄子去皮后切成小块,并在油锅里煸至金黄色取出,再起油锅放入葱、姜,待香味煸出,即把洗净的切段芦荟叶肉投入翻炒。接下来再放进煸炒过的茄子和调料翻炒,最后加少许水、淀粉和蒜末,即成一道香喷喷的芦荟菜。
