性质:又称A型明胶。用酸法工艺制酸法制胶是不经浸灰,而用稀酸(约0.5%HCl)处理胶原使其转化为明胶。处理时间仅需10~48h。胶原在酸解过程中因pH值低,酰氨解反应缓慢,杂质除去程度较低。因此,酸法明胶的等电点高(pH值7~9),并有很好的染色性能,但其理化性能和照相性能都不及碱法明胶。酸法工艺源于美国,它特别适用于胶原交联少的原料,如猪皮、小牛皮、小牛骨等。主要用途有食用胶、胶囊用胶,以及感光材料辅助层用胶等。近十几年来,酸法制胶工艺有很大进展,国外已经生产出高质量、高纯度、能制备乳剂用的酸法照相明胶。
