| 基准物质 standard chemicals 用以直接配制标准溶液的物质，或用以标定容量分析中的标准溶液的物质。又称标准物质。标准溶液是一种已知准确浓度的溶液，可在容量分析中作滴定剂，也可在仪器分析中用以制作校正曲线的试样。基准物质应该符合以下要求：①组成与它的化学式严格相符。②纯度足够高。③应该很稳定。④参加反应时，按反应式定量地进行，不发生副反应。⑤最好有较大的式量，在配制标准溶液时可以称取较多的量，以减少称量误差。常用的基准物质有银、铜、锌、铝、铁等纯金属及氧化物、重铬酸钾、碳酸钾、氯化钠、邻苯二甲酸氢钾、草酸、硼砂等纯化合物。20世纪50年代以后，不少人考虑到电量（库仑数）可以准确测量，建议用库仑作为一种实用的基准物质，代替一些纯的化学试剂。 |
