热影响区
heat-affected zone

  reylngx}QngqU热影响区(Heat一affeeted zone)焊接或切割过程中,母材因受热的影响(但未熔化)而发生金相组织和力学性能变化的区域。对于母材的焊接热影响区,由于在焊接热作用下重新经历了一次(单道焊)或多次(多道焊)的加热与冷却循环,必然伴有独具特征的一种物理冶金过程,或者说是一种特殊的热处理过程,从而不能不使原已是优质的母材性能发生某些变化,而且常常带来恶化效果(如硬化、软化或脆化),甚至还可能发生各种类型的裂纹缺陷。因此,热影响区的性能变化是考察金属焊接性的重要一项。 (李维茜)
