为了探讨无花果果浆(Fig fruit latex,FFL)对人肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用及其机制,用无花果果浆处理体外培养的人肿瘤细胞,细胞增殖试验(MTT法)、克隆形成试验研究FFL对人肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用,Brdu掺入试验、吖啶橙/溴乙啶(AO/EB)染色、流式细胞术检测FFL对肿瘤细胞DNA合成、凋亡和细胞周期的影响。

无花果又名“映日果”、“奶浆果”、“隐花果”，因只见果不见花而得名。原产外国，约在唐代传入我国。我国新疆南部栽植较多。鲜无花果生食、制蜜饯、入肴皆可。味道鲜美甜润，为一难得佳品。
制法：
（1）勺内加清水、白糖，用中火烧开，撇去浮沫，再加入猪大油、香蕉精，用手勺不断搅动，小火至浓汁，透亮，倒入碗内，放冰箱内冰凉待用。
（2）将无花果用滚水焯一下，晾凉剥去外皮，每个用刀一切4瓣，在盘中码放成放射状花形，晶糕切成5毫米小丁。
（3）取出水晶汁均匀倒在盘中无花果上，撒上晶糕即成。
特点：光润透明，形状美观，甜美软嫩，清凉爽口。
