weixiuxi叩shl四n ji yonzhe叩维修性试验及验证(main俪nability test andde阴nstiation)为确定产品是否达到规定的维修性要求，由指定的产品试验机构进行或由订购方与承制方联合进行的试验与评定工作。 维修性试验贯穿于产品全寿命过程，通常包括核查、验证、评价3个阶段。维修性核查是在产品研制初期，通过较少的试验样本，检查与修正维修性分析的模型及数据，鉴别设计缺陷并采取纠正措施，以实现维修性增长。维修性验证是一种正规、严格的检验性试验评定，一般在产品设计定型、生产定型阶段进行，按维修方案的要求全面考核产品是否达到规定的维修性要求。验证的结果作为批准定型的依据。维修性评价是指使用部门(订购方)在承制方配合下，为确定产品在实际使用、维修及保障条件下的维修性所进行的试验与验证工作。通常在产品试用时或(和)在使用阶段进行。 维修性试验及验证内容可分为定性评定和定量评定两部分。定性评定是根据维修性的有关标准、设计准则及合同的维修性定性要求而制定的检查项目(核对表)，结合维修操作、演示进行。由于产品的维修性与维修保障资源是相互联系、互为约束的，故在定性评定维修性的同时，需评定保障资源是否满足维修工作的摇要，并分析维修作业程序的正确性;审查维修过程中所需维修人员的数量、素质、工具与测试设备、备附件和技术文件等的完备程度和适用性。定量评定的目的是进行产品维修性参数估计，验证其是否满足维修性指标。也就是在实际或模拟的使用维修条件下，进行维修作业试验，根据试验中得到的数据，进行分析判定和估计，以确定其维修性是否达到指标要求。 维修性试验及验证过程中应当优先采用自然故障所产生的样本，当自然故障产生的样本满足不了验证需要时，可以采用模拟故障产生的样本。当采用模拟故障时，在什么部位、排除什么故障，需合理地分配到各有关的零部件上，以保证能验证整机的维修性。 (高崎)
