颜色调节法(adjustment by apPlyiogd ifferent colors)通过不同的色彩调节人的情绪状态的一种方法。美国心理学家兰斯研究发现，不同的色彩不仅构成生活绚丽画面，而且与人的健康、情绪密切相关。他认为粉红色能安定人的情绪，红、橙、黄等暖色可使人血压上升，心跳次数增多，呼吸频率加快，蓝色可使血压降低、脉搏减慢、情绪稳定，紫色有利人的安定和镇静。运动员临场感到紧张时，看蓝、紫色具有镇静作用，如果运动员精神不振，可用红色刺激提高其兴奋性。 (谢三才撰刘淑慈审)
