江南第一关又名瑶瑶岩。在伏岭乡东部，海拔424米。是徽杭古道重要关隘，清凉峰主要通道。关脚岩口亭，书“径通江浙”魏体大字。过江南第一桥，自西拾级登关，山势曾峻，怪石嵯峨，以磨盘石、天冠石、将军石、漏米砻最奇。高峰巨岩，南北夹峙，中隔涧壑，逍遥河水蜿蜒其间。北岩石壁嵌入约2米长花岗石板，筑成栈道，部分石条半悬空际。顶端一孔云天，即为关口。自岩脚至此，凡1400余级。初登者心悸目眩，扪壁缓行，不敢俯视。涧中一川乱石，如兽如瓜，重重堆叠。涧水潆回跌宕，轻吟怒啸，时而涓细飘逸，时而湍急成潭。关门由4根大石条横架天然岩石构成。门楣西刻“江南第一关”，东刻“徽杭锁钥 同治二年里人建造 邵道棠题”，楷字。
门当关而立，山风猎猎，恍若凌空驾虚。入关后，石径稍夷，仍盘旋陡壁间。关东施茶亭旁岩壁上，刻记古道小史：宋宝佑间（1253—1257），大石门胡旦随山势凿石为磴，凡五里余，以便行旅。元大德间（1297—1307），北乡（今北村）程氏视下深险，复伐石为栏，障于旁，往来愈安。明成化间（1465—1487），汪以茂等重修。以后历代均有修补。建国后，附近村民立约组织维修至今。关内有“二程”庙，胡家村胡桂森建。传民国21年（1932）春，北村程灶起、程瑞湖去浙经商，避而悬岩下，岩崩俱毙，遂筑庙志哀示诫。后由邵在炳出资造石亭于旁。江南第一关得名的由来：相传太平天国待王李世贤于1861年率部经此，赞为天险而命名；一说为明代胡宗宪所取。
