性质:在分子中引入酰胺基(RC(=O)-NH-)的反应过程。具有三级碳原子的烷烃在含有杂多钨酸的乙腈CH3CN溶液中,在紫外光照下被酰胺基化,生成乙酰胺基化合物。芳香族化合物Ar-H在多聚磷酸作用下与异羟肟酸RC=O-NH-OH反应,被酰胺基化,生成Ar-NHC(=O)-R。
