诊法。精液生 化 检查项目之一。通过原子吸收光谱法测定。正常精浆中锌130μg/ml±56μg/ml,铜184 μg/ml±0158μg/ml,铁0801μg/ml±0104μg/ml。锌在机体内的总量 为15g左右,主要集中于睾 丸、附睾和前列腺,精液内含量尤其丰富(高于血浆中锌浓度100倍以上)。其他能影响性腺 的发育、精子的代谢、参与多种酶的组成等。铜含量与精子活动度成反比,故把铜看作影响 精子活动度的重要指标。铁含量与精子密度成正比,可能是精子发生中的一个重要的微量元 素。
