Causes analysis of crimple of limited specification tinplate and its countermeasures;

The article describes the main causes to crimple of spec limit tinplate during the process of Baosteel s Electrical Tinning Line (ETL), such as tension setting, roll shape and installing accuracy , and associated measurements are provided accordingly.

The article disscusses urethane elastic fabrics crease and uneven dyeing problem by mercerizing technique,the disscussion and test show that the technique works well and the of pre setting technology is compared as well.

By grey relational analysis, the mechanical properties that influence the crease resistance of fabric are linearity of loadextension curve (LT), compressionthickness curve (LC), tensile resilience (RT), compression resilience (RC), shear stiffness (G), coefficient of friction (MIU), thickness (T) and weight (W).
