补充资料：咸宁温泉
位于武汉以南80公里外的咸宁市。咸宁温泉又名沸潭，水温达到50℃。它的泉水出自岩窟，水激石岩，沸沸涌涌，雾气蒸腾，被称为“温泉虹影”。这里共有泉眼14处，泉水呈淡黄色，含有硫酸盐、碳酸盐、钙、镁、钾、钠等十多种矿物质及其他微量元素，经常沐浴可防治皮肤病、风湿性关节炎、肠胃病、神经炎、溃疡病、感冒。除了温泉，咸宁的星星竹海也是很有名的。星星竹海是省级风景名胜区，位于咸宁市花纹乡境内，距武汉市86公里。竹海风景区是湖北省最大的竹林风景区，现有竹林总面积10万亩，覆盖率达90%以上，也称“万亩竹海”，被列为联合国林业考察基地。每到天高云淡或风清月明之时，但见竹海莽莽，遍地修篁，风景十分秀丽。 咸宁又是我国著名的桂花之乡，距咸宁温泉16公里的桂花镇桂树遍野，到金秋八月桂花竞放之时，当地总是香风四溢，沁人心脾。咸宁桂花色泽晶莹，香味浓郁，兼有江苏吴县和广西桂林两地桂花的优点。在花纹山飞仙洞下有一株树龄达120年的丹桂，至今枝繁叶茂，每年中秋前后要开两次花；在它不远处的泉塘畈更有一株四季开花的桂花，在隆冬时节仍然满树花朵，甚是神奇。
交通：从武汉乘长途汽车到咸宁，走107国道一个半小时即到。
住宿：温泉一号桥附近有一座长印温泉酒店，设施齐全，设有温泉中心。
