性质:专门用以抵消和减小换热器因受热膨胀所引发的热应力负荷的换热器重要部件。利用膨胀节在外力作用下能产生较大变形的能力,以适应和降低换热器中管束与壳体中出现的温差应力。常见的形式有U形、平板形、Ω形等,如图(a)所示。根据换热器膨胀量的多少,膨胀节可作成单波形或多波形,此外还可作成填料函形式,如图(b)所示。
