芳纶/环氧一铝超混杂复合材料aram记fibre/ePoxy一aluminium laminated suPer场brid eom-Posites以环氧树脂为基体、芳纶与薄铝板为增强组分的层间超棍杂复合材料。20世纪70年代由荷兰发明。现已有商品，名称为ARALL⑧(aram记alumin-ium laminate)，年产20万平方米。 芳纶/环氧一铝超混杂复合材料是把芳纶布的环氧树脂预浸料(50%芳纶，50%环氧树脂)与经阳极化处理和预涂了环氧胶的铝合金薄板相间层叠后热压而成。由于芳纶增强环氧层和铝板的热膨胀系数差异较大，故从固化温度降到室温时，芳纶/环氧一铝超棍杂复合材料的主要设计变量是:①环氧树脂体系宜选用对铝板和芳纶均具有良好的粘结性者。②铝合金的类型可以是耐疲劳性略差，但应没有镀层且具有较高的屈服应力;铝板的厚度不宜超过1毫米，以0.3毫米为佳。③芳纶具有高比强度、高比模量和高断裂应变，且不存在电化学腐蚀问题，是理想的增强纤维，常选用无纬布;芳纶增强环氧层以0.2毫米厚度为佳。④叠层常见的结构有1/2(两层铝合金板中间夹1层芳纶)、2/3(3层铝合金板间夹两层芳纶)和4/5(5层铝合金板间夹4层芳纶)3种。⑤预拉伸应变量以0.4%较好。 芳纶/环氧一铝超混杂复合材料具有芳纶增强环氧复合材料的高比强度及优异的耐疲劳性。一般来说，它可比铝合金密度低20%，单向强度高60%，且振动阻尼性能好;另一方面，它又具有铝合金传统的耐久性和易加工成型性(可切割、钻孔、锯、铣以及铆接、焊接或粘接)。作为面层的铝合金板还可对内层的芳纶/环氧复合材料起保护作用，使其具有耐潮湿、耐电击、耐热冲击、耐冲击等特性。芳纶/环氧一铝超混杂复合材料主要用于航空工业，可作机身、机翼的蒙皮材料。预计90年代可能取代10%航空用金属材料。 (胡廷永)
