| 石刁柏 Asparagus officinalis 百合科天门冬属多年生草本植物。又称芦笋。原产地中海沿岸。19世纪末传入中国，现主要分布在台湾、浙江、山东、河南等省。以嫩茎作蔬菜食用。根系发达，有贮藏养分的肉质根，以及着生于肉质根上，具营养吸收功能的纤细根。对土壤适应性广，尤其适宜疏松透气、土质深厚、地下水位低、排水良好而富含有机质的砂壤土和壤土。主要病害有茎枯病、褐斑病、立枯病等。主要害虫有斜纹夜蛾、地老虎、金针虫等。嫩茎富含多种维生素和各种氨基酸，可作蔬菜食用，也可加工制成罐头食品。对心脏病、高血压等疾病有一定疗效，其肉质根有利尿作用。 |
