Shalagang antimony deposit of the southern Tibet occurs in carbonaceous slate,pelitic siltstone and silicalite in the Jiabula Formation of the Lower Cretaceous,and diabase in Yanshanian and gabbro in Himalayanian.
藏南沙拉岗锑矿赋存于下白垩统甲不拉组碳质板岩、泥质粉砂岩、硅质岩及燕山期辉绿岩和喜山期辉长岩中,受近东西向层间破碎带和近南北向构造破碎带控制。

鸡蛋菠菜沙拉
配料: 牛肉馅50克 菠菜75克 蘑菇2朵 柠檬1/8个 鸡蛋1个 土豆片5片 油适量
调味料
a料：盐1/3小匙
b料：白醋1大匙
c料：芥末沙拉酱1份－
操作: 1、小油菜去根，洗净，放入开水中加入a料汆烫，捞出，浸入凉白开水中泡凉，再捞出，沥干水分备用。
2、b料放入碗中捣碎，倒入2大匙热水调匀，加入小油菜拌匀并腌5分钟，捞出，沥干水分，盛入盘中，淋入c料搅拌均匀，即可。
