辅料：
红糖150克、黄砂糖75克、葡萄干3大匙
做法：
1、紫米洗净用水泡一晚，再将圆糯米洗净，加入紫米中。
2、电锅外锅放入水，将做法1的材料连水直接放入电锅中蒸熟，续焖半小时，趁热拌入调味料。
3、备一模型，铺上保鲜膜后，将拌好的紫米置入模型中，并压紧实，最后撒下芝麻，静待1小时后，再切块分食。
tips：
◎若无模型，亦可将紫米做成其他造型，如将紫米搓成圆球状，沾点冷开水，再裹满芝麻。
