鸡肉菠菜粥
主料：大米、鸡肉
辅料：玉米粒、芦笋、胡萝卜、菠菜
调料：盐、胡椒粉
烹制方法：
1、将大米泡发30分钟，控干水分放入开水中，小火慢煮；
2、鸡肉茸中加入姜末、盐、胡椒粉搅拌均匀，腌制5分钟后，放入大米粥中，同时加入玉米粒、菠菜碎、胡萝卜、芦笋丁中火再煮5分钟，加入盐、胡椒粉调味即可。
