性质:指盐水的氨化。氨碱法制取纯碱的一个工序。目的是制取氨盐水,并使氨盐水达到碳酸化过程所要求的浓度。在饱和盐水中通入氨气,使其吸氨而氨化。盐水的氨化是一吸收过程。盐水在氨化前若未预先净化或净化过程不够,则氨化尚起着最后净化钙、镁等杂质的作用。氨气的主要来源是回收过滤碳酸氢钠晶体所得母液中的氨和碳酸化塔尾气中的氨,以及新的补充氨气等。
