性质:(一)用于产生黑体辐射的实验室装置。通常作为与红外辐射光源进行比较的标准。由闭合金属管内部涂黑组成,在管的一端平板上开一个窄缝,当管子被加热时,由狭缝射出的辐射,从实际上和理论上均与预期的黑体辐射相同。(二)在掩模版安装保护膜工艺中,在被安装的保护膜框架面积内,光掩模板与光学透明薄膜之间的未填充空间。
