The electrical and optical characteristics of the thin film were studied by the measurements of quasi-static C-V alld high frequency C-V characteristics, the Auger electron spectroscopy depth profiling, the spectroscopic ellipsometry and I-V .

co iliao guangxue texing iiliang材料光学特性计t(material oPti司property~urement)对表征材料光学特性的参数进行准确测量，并保证其量值统一的活动。材料的光学特性是指材料对人射到其表面上的辐射或者光的反射、吸收、透射和受到辐射或光的作用后，发射出其他波长的辐射和其他光学性质。 材料的光学特性受以下因素的影响:辐射或光源的光谱功率分布(称为光谱条件);辐射或光的人射方向与材料表面法线间的夹角，测t方向与材料表面法线间的夹角，辐射或光自身的空间分布状况(称为几何条件);材料表面的状态及厚度;辐射或光的偏振状态;环境的温度与湿度等。 在测量材料光学特性时，直接测定人射光的通量及被材料表面反射或被材料吸收、透射的光的通量的方法，称为材料光学特性的绝对测量方法;将被侧材料与一个光学特性已知的标准相比较确定材料光学特性的方法，称为材料光学特性的相对测量方法。 光学特性已知的标准应该是尽可能完全漫射的，无光谱选择性，物理化学性质稳定，而且容易复制。 (马振生)
