原 料:

莴苣400克,水发香菇50克,白糖,精盐,味精,酱油,胡椒粉,湿淀粉,植物油各适量。

制法: (1)莴苣去皮洗净切成片,水发香菇去杂洗净切成菱形片。

(2)炒锅上火,放油烧热,倒入莴苣片,香菇片,煸炒几下,加入酱油,精盐,白糖,入味后加入味精,胡椒粉,用湿淀粉勾芡,推匀出锅即成。

特点: 清淡鲜香,味美爽口,益气健身,抗衰延年。
