性质:于室温下固化成型的树脂基复合材料。常用的树脂有不饱和聚酯和环氧树脂。低分子量聚酰胺对固化产物有增韧作用,是一种理想的室温固化剂。这类复合材料工艺简单,无需加热设备,适用于制造大型制件。固化完全则需较长时间(≥5天),有时还需要在较高温度(60~80℃)下进行后处理。制品有较好的物理、化学及机械性能,但一般只能在室温或者较高温度下使用。一般成型方法有接触成型(手糊)和喷射成型等。适用于大型结构件(如车射、船体等)及在地耐湿性无太高要求的零部件,广泛用于机械、交通运输、化工石油和航空航天工业领域中。
