性质:又称蜂窝夹芯或蜂窝芯材。是蜂窝结构材料夹于两块蒙皮之间的芯子。用浸渍树脂胶液改性环氧胶黏剂或改性酚醛胶黏剂等为胶接材料的片材(如纸、玻璃布、金属箔等)做成蜂窝状,作为夹层结构的轻质芯材。广义的蜂窝芯格子有六角形、菱形、矩形和正弦曲线形等。正六角形的蜂窝芯稳定性高,制造简便应用最为普遍。其结构描述参数主要是:边长、壁厚、蜂窝高度及容量。蜂窝芯按其材料的不同分为铝蜂窝芯、玻璃布蜂窝芯、芳纶纸蜂窝芯等。因所用材料不同,其性能特点也不同。铝蜂窝芯:力学性能好、耐久性好、导热、工艺成熟但复杂,与碳纤维复合材料面板直接接触时会出现电化学腐蚀,除用作夹层结构芯外,还被用于有关热交换电器设备。芳纶纸蜂窝芯:重量轻,有足够高的压缩、剪切强度和良好的疲劳强度、介电性能和透电磁波性能,成本较高。玻璃布蜂窝芯,电绝缘性能和透电磁波性能优良,与芳纶纸蜂窝相比,容重大,但成本低。蜂窝结构芯子具有非常高的强度和钢性,广泛用于现代造船、航空,航天工业方面。
