性质:又称热喷涂。用熔融状态的喷涂材料,以一动力装置喷涂到金属、合金、塑料、陶瓷等工件表面,形成一完整的覆盖层的技术。喷涂材料可为金属或非金属,利用热源将其熔化或软化,靠热源自身动力或外加压缩气流,将熔滴雾化或推动熔粒成喷射的粒束,以一定速度喷射到基体表面形成涂层。使用的热源有气体燃烧火争、气体放电热热、电热和激光。工件经过喷涂处理,可以提高其防腐性、耐热性和耐磨性,增加其厚度或修复尺寸等。
