活动时间记录法:

此法是了解能量消耗最常用的方法。它是通过详细记录每人一天各种活动的持续时间,然后按每种活动的能量消耗率计算全天的能量消耗量。各种活动的能量消耗率可以采取他人的测定结果或用直接测定法测定。此法优点是可以利用已有的测定资料,不需昂贵的仪器和较高的分析技术手段,但影响测定结果的因素较多,职业外活动纪录难以准确,结果不准确。

是人体能量消耗的测定方法中的一种。
