糖 1大匙
白胡椒粉 2小匙
沙拉油 1大匙

制作：
(1)将蕃薯去皮洗净後切成细丝，香菜洗净切末，溪虾洗净沥乾，用热油把溪虾、香菜炸酥备用。
(2)将作法1的材料加上蛋及所有调味料，一起搅拌均匀，即成饼料。
(3)将油预热，取一木制饭杓，沾上少许水，舀取饼料，放在饭杓前端，量恰为饭杓前端大小、厚1公分左右的圆形饼，大约是3～4大匙的饼料，然後由锅缘慢慢放入油锅中炸，依序把所有的饼料做成饼状。蕃薯丝饼一面约炸3～4分钟，翻面再炸至表面成金黄色後，用捞网捞起，将油沥乾，
