蒸馏罐渣
retort residue

Zhengliug叩n zha蒸馏雄渣(retort residue)平雄炼锌或竖难炼锌所得到的蒸馏残炉渣。蒸馏罐渣除含矿石中的脉石成分外,还含有较多的锌和较多的碳。平罐炼锌残渣含锌3%一10%,竖罐炼锌残渣的典型成分如表。 竖雄蒸馏残渣的化学成分(质量分数。/%)晋纂-{飞针井珠戳幸石几添踩奇林律籽偿标 蒸馏罐渣含有多种有价成分,需要综合回收。平罐炼锌渣含锌较高,一般可用回转窑烟化回收锌(见炉渣烟化)。中国成功地采用旋涡炉处理锌蒸馏罐渣(见竖雄炼锌残渣处理)旧本三池冶炼厂采用半鼓风炉处理竖罐渣、炼锌残渣和其他含锌物料。这些方法同属于还原蒸馏过程,渣中的氧化锌被碳质还原剂还原成金属锌,锌以蒸气状态挥发出来,然后在炉子空间重被氧化,最终以ZnO形态在布袋中收集。
