定量包装机械料阀由绞龙室、出料嘴、轴向限位法兰、限位环、动密封件等组成。出料嘴的一端为出料口，出料口的形状为半圆形簸箕状，出料嘴的另一端套在绞龙室壁上，出料嘴在绞龙室外壁上转动，轴向限位法兰固定在绞龙室外壁上，限位环套在出料嘴上，在绞龙室壁的终端与出料嘴之间设有动密封件。当定量包装机灌装物料达到设定的重量时，停止进行灌装，外力驱动出料嘴转动180*，出料口簸箕状的开口由向下转为向上，物料自然不会流下。这种截料阀结构合理，在出料口处快速截住物料，保证称量精度，没有物料散落，不另外占用空间。
