性质:是钯基添加镍的二元合金,为连续固溶体,在40%镍,1237℃液、固相线出现一最低点。在356℃以下发生磁转变,含镍量大于5%的合金在氢中为氢所饱和时只生成а相。有PdNi5,PdNi20和PdNi40等牌号合金。采用真空中频炉熔炼,原料中不含硫的铸锭易加工成材。用作电接触材料,PdNi20作电位器绕组材料,含2%~9%Ti的钯镍合金材料,可焊接金属陶瓷与金属陶瓷,金属与金属陶瓷。也可用作高纯氢净化材料。
