By revamping the conventional heating system of office at air separator area,recovers the whole steam condensate produced from air compressor and oxygen compressor of air separator,and introduce the steam condensate(about 50℃) to the revamped heating pipe net using heat pump for winter heating,thus the waste heat is recovered,and the heating steam saved,obtaining good economy benefit.
通过对空分装置区域办公室传统采暖系统进行改造,将空分装置空压机和氧压机产生的蒸汽冷凝液全部回收,并利用热泵将温度为50℃左右的蒸汽冷凝液送入改造后的采暖管网用于冬季采暖,回收利用了废热,节约了采暖蒸汽,创造了良好的经济效益。

After urea plant and melamine system are put into joint operation,the melamine process ammonium carbonate recycled to urea increased water/carbon ratio of urea system,resulting in the decrease of urea conversion,load increases of medium and low pressure systems,as well as temperature and pressure exceeding of steam condensate system.
尿素装置和三聚氰胺系统联运后,三聚氰胺返回尿素的工艺碳铵液造成尿素系统水碳比增高,尿素转化率下降,中、低压系统负荷增加,蒸汽冷凝液系统超温超压。
