性质:又称高钙镁砖。以方镁石为主晶相,以硅酸三钙为次晶相的镁质耐火材料。含MgO80%~87%,CaO6%~9%,CaO/SiO2比在 2.2~3.0之间。其显显结构特征为方镁石与硅酸二钙及硅酸三钙直接接触,低共熔物(4CaO·Al2O3·Fe2O3成细脉状填充于硅酸二钙和硅酸三钙的晶隙间。气孔率低。荷重软化开始温度一般高于1700℃,抗碱性渣性能良好。但抗热震性较差。以钙镁砂为原料,经粉碎、配料、混炼、成型后,在1550~1600℃高温下烧成。可用于炼钢侧吹转炉风眼处、平炉炉顶和吹氧转炉上等处。
